Edinburgh Meeting and Pick-up Point

Important Notes

* Please keep your seatbelt fastened at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

* To ensure everyone's safety, passengers seated near the doors should check the surrounding traffic conditions before boarding or alighting. Before opening a door, please check the side mirror to confirm that no vehicles or bicycles are approaching from behind.

* There is a significant temperature difference between day and night in the Scottish Highlands, and the weather can change rapidly. We recommend bringing long-sleeved tops, trousers, and a warm, waterproof jacket—ideally one with a removable lining. For footwear, choose comfortable, non-slip shoes that allow for easy movement; avoid light-colored or mesh-upper shoes, as the ground can become wet, slippery, and muddy after rain.

* Passengers prone to motion sickness should prepare appropriate medication and take it in advance as needed. Some sections of the Highland roads are winding and steep, which may trigger motion sickness. The two front seats in the vehicle will be prioritized for passengers with specific needs on a rotational basis.

* During warmer months, midges and other insects are common in the Highlands. We recommend carrying insect repellent to minimize bites while outdoors.

* Most guesthouses provide electric kettles, shampoo, body wash, bath towels, and hair dryers. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner, slippers, sleepwear, and other personal toiletries or daily essentials.

* If you plan to catch a train or flight after the tour concludes on Day 3, please reconfirm the estimated arrival time with your driver-guide and allow ample time for potential delays caused by traffic, weather, or the itinerary itself.

* Some scenic stops are located along the roadside; please be vigilant regarding traffic from both directions when sightseeing or walking to nearby destinations.

* The Scottish Highlands are home to local residents, not a theme park designed solely for tourists. The Highland ecosystem is fragile, and preserving the environment is a shared responsibility; please do not litter and ensure all trash is disposed of in designated bins.
