Accessibility
Introduction
We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable on our tours. This statement outlines the accessibility features, facilities, and considerations you can expect when traveling with us.
Our goal is to provide clear information so you can make an informed decision about whether our tours are right for you, and to support your needs as best we can during your trip.
Naturally, travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel.
Zouba Travel Limited is not a specialist accessible travel company, but we will do our best to accommodate special needs.
Travelers or their companions must truthfully disclose any health issues or disabilities prior to booking so we can assess the suitability of the itinerary.
If a traveler withholds information regarding their health status, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge cancellation fees.

Have mobility or accessibility requirements

Wish to bring mobility aids (e.g., crutches) on the tour
Require ground-floor or accessible accommodation
Are traveling with a caregiver or companion
Wish to bring a service or assistance dog
Have any other special requests or questions regarding the suitability of the tour

Transportation
All our Scotland tours are operated using 9-seater Mercedes-Benz vans or similar vehicles.
Passenger numbers on all tours are limited to a maximum of 8 people.
Boarding and Alighting
The Mercedes-Benz vans have three entry/exit points for passengers: the front passenger door and sliding doors on both the left and right sides of the rear cabin.
The B-pillar by the sliding doors features a grab handle, and a step is provided to facilitate boarding and alighting.
Staff cannot provide physical assistance during boarding, alighting, or sightseeing activities. Passengers should be able to get in and out of the vehicle independently or with the help of a traveling companion. Our business vehicles are not suitable for wheelchair users; however, passengers using lightweight, foldable mobility aids may be able to receive additional assistance by inquiring in advance.
